• All subscription payments are billed in PHP (Philippine Peso) and are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Overuse of credits may incur additional charges as outlined in the plan.

• All content, features, and technology in Wisker are owned by Acqron.
• Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify any content or software.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our cancellation policies.

• Wisker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Acqron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wisker.
• Your use is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
